Mon Verdun à Moi Resource Guide is an easy-to-use online hub of information for community members who are seeking services and programs serving the Verdun area, including education, childcare, school, community, and institutional services.
Verdun is a borough full of life and bustling with services and organizations to support the needs of the community. With such a vast range, we hope this guide helps you find the support and information you are looking for.
The project was created by Collective Community Services (CCS) in partnership with Anglo Family Council, Concertation en développement social de Verdun (CDSV), and the Arrondissement de Verdun. This project was made possible thanks to the support of CHSSN, through funding provided by Health Canada
Collective Community Services (CCS)
For 84 years, CCS has been developing and providing support for families and individuals regardless of ethnicity, age, gender, religion or language. CCS’ goal is to impact the lives of those experiencing difficulties and stresses in a significant, positive way, and encourage self-empowerment and agency in all those in need of support.
Concertation en développement social de Verdun (CDSV)
CDSV is the social development roundtable of Verdun. It is a not-for-profit organization that coordinates intersectoral dialogue and meetings to exchange, plan and mobilize towards improving community living conditions, promoting the elimination of poverty, and contributing to the population’s well-being. The network includes citizens, community workers, organizations, and institutions.
Anglo Family Council
AFC aims to strengthen individuals and families in the English-speaking community (ESC) through networking among organizations, institutions, and groups that serve or could serve our community.
