Prévention Verdun’s priority is ensuring Verdun citizens feel secure. This is essential for a good quality of life. Our activities and services have similar goals: increase the level of sense of security of Verdun citizens; encourage Verdun citizens to take responsibility for their environment; maintain an active and complementary role in urban security, including fire prevention, civil protection and first aid in case of a major disaster.
Alcoholics Anonymous is an international fellowship of men and women who have had a drinking problem. It is nonprofessional, self-supporting, multiracial, apolitical, and available almost everywhere. There are no age or education requirements. Membership is open to anyone who wants to do something about his or her drinking problem.

ADVIN is a volunteer not-for-profit organisation, which mission consists in increasing awareness and informing the public on the risks of hospital-borne infections. ADVIN will collaborate with professional and political actors in the development of an infection surveillance and prevention program that follows international norms. ADVIN favors preventive methods and works at the necessary lobbying in order to prevent and reduce the effects of infections: long-term illnesses, disability, death. ADVIN supports victims of hospital-borne infections and all other patients by informing them of their rights. It hopes for the development and installment of a structured insurance system for victims.
AQVA offers people with mobility impairments the possibility to leave their wheelchair or walking aid on the dock and to discover the joys of sailing aboard a sailboat adapted to their needs.
Auberge Madeleine’s mission is to welcome, house and support women of 18 and over living alone in a situation of homelessness

The Booth Centre is a community organisation that opens its doors to men 18 and older who face homelessness (The Gouvernail), addictions (The Ancrage) or mental health issues (The Rivage).
