Expression LaSalle is a community mental health centre whose objective is to offer free professional therapeutic services in mental health to citizens from the South-West region of Montréal and neighboring communities of the Island of Montréal. The Centre’s creative arts therapies (art therapy, drama therapy, music therapy, etc.), relaxation & meditation workshops, groups on the theme of sexual abuse, and verbal counseling encourage self-expression, and psychological and/or emotional well being.
